Please announce the following not-for-profit event:

Hope for Healing.Org, in partnership with CEASE, will hold a free two-part RAD class. RAD (Rape Aggressive Defense) is a self-defense class designed for women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Part I is on Friday, September 16 from 6-8 pm. Part II is on Saturday, September 17 from 10AM – 4PM. Classes will be held in the Fellowship Hall of Strawberry Plains United Methodist Church located at 3173 Old Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, 37871. Women and girls aged 12 and up are invited to attend. Space is limited. Please call 933-8769 to make a reservation.
